Where to find your grade average in Librus and Vulcan UONET+?

Check how to quickly find your average in the most popular electronic gradebooks in Poland.

Librus Synergia and Vulcan UONET+ are the most popular electronic gradebooks in Polish schools. Both systems offer different ways to display grade averages, but they are not always immediately visible.

  • Log in to the Librus Synergia portal
  • On the main dashboard, you'll find the "Grade Average" widget
  • The widget shows the weighted average from all subjects

  • Click on "Grades" or "Gradebook" in the menu
  • Go to the "Grades" tab
  • In the upper right corner or at the bottom of the table, you'll see the weighted average
  • You can also see the average for each subject separately

In Librus, the average is calculated by default as a weighted average, taking into account the weights of individual grades (quizzes, tests, oral responses, etc.).

  • Log in to the UONET+ Student system
  • On the homepage (Dashboard), you'll see a tile with your grade average
  • Click on the tile to see details

  • In the main menu, select "Grades"
  • Go to the "Partial Grades" or "Semester/Annual Grades" tab
  • At the bottom or on the right side, you'll see the weighted average
  • The system shows both global average and average for each subject

Vulcan uses weighted average by default. Grade weights are set by the teacher or school.

Librus Synergia offers the "Synergia for Students" mobile app, where the average is visible on the main screen after logging in.

Vulcan UONET+ has the "UONET+ Mobile" app, where the average is displayed on the main dashboard in the "Grades" tile.

Mobile apps often display the average more clearly than web versions.

Some schools choose to hide grade averages from students. In this case, the average is only visible to teachers and parents.

If you have very few grades (e.g., 1-2), the system may not display an average.

Try logging out and logging back in, or contact the system administrator at your school.

If the average is not visible in the electronic gradebook, you can always calculate it yourself using an online average calculator.

  • Librus has a more colorful interface with widgets, Vulcan is more minimalist
  • Both systems use weighted average by default, but the way weights are displayed may differ
  • Both platforms offer mobile apps with similar functionality
  • The average in both systems updates automatically when a teacher enters a new grade
